23 professional healthcare clown organizations from 18 European countries, stretching from Scandinavia to the Iberian Peninsula, from Scotland to Croatia and Italy. 💎 We are delighted to welcome our latest addition:  Associate member Dr.Klauns from Latvia, founded in 2012 by Marianna Milovska helping children overcome fear, anxiety during their hospital stay. Today, 50 professionally trained healthcare clowns work in 8 Latvian pediatric clinics across the country, providing emotional support by humor to over 25.000 children every year. The Dr. Klaunsprogram expanded since 2025, elderly people in 6 care homes enjoying now regularly more than just a laughter!  🪄 What an incredible journey in 13 years, focusing on high standards in clown training and supervision, creating durable collaboration with the hospitals and healthcare institutions in Latvia.
