In 2025, EFHCO appointed 8 founders as #ambassadors✨ of our federation. One of them is Yury Olshansky , a professional #healthcareclown , a respected performing actor and artist at international festivals.  Arriving from the Big Apple Circus in New York City, he co-founded Soccorso Clown in #Italy with his brother Vladimir Olshansky in the 1980’s. Â
Today, Yury is the driving force in the official governmental acknowledgement of our healthcare clown profession and training curriculum in Europe, having been the backbone of 2 EU-cofunded, collaborative research projects on these topics.
We awarded our new ambassadors with the newly minted ‘Nez d’Or’. Yury has more than merited this award for his long-term contributions to the clown doctor development in Europe. Thank youđź”´
