On June 25, 2026, Pallapupas founder and director Angie Rosales addressed the Health Commission of the Catalan Parliament (Parlament de Catalunya). The historic presentation advocated for integrating emotional care structurally into the public healthcare system rather than relying on unstable, temporary resources. The delegation, which also included a patient and a nurse, pressed lawmakers to make emotional and humane care a core metric of healthcare quality. Click here for more information
